The Association carries out a comprehensive Satisfaction Survey every two years. This involves employing an external company to conduct face-to-face interviews with at least 40% of our residents and aims to reach 100% of all residents.
The purpose is to obtain feedback on how we deliver services and identify areas of improvement. This is also a requirement from the Scottish Housing Regulator to protect the interest of all residents.
The most recent survey was carried out by Management Information Scotland and was completed in August 2015. This survey was based on 388 successful interviews from 772 addresses of tenants and 65 successful interviews from 108 addresses of sharing owners or owners. The results can be seen below.
