How to make a complaint

Our approach to complaints is based on the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman’s Model Complaints Handling Procedure

We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our service. If things don’t go right, we encourage you to complain. We understand that if you make a complaint, you want:

• an apology if we’ve let you down

• to be heard

• your problem dealt with quickly and effectively.

What can I do if I believe there has been a significant performance failure and Cernach is not addressing it? 

If this is the case, then you can approach the Scottish Housing Regulator following the steps laid out in their factsheet on the subject. What constitutes a significant performance failure is described in the factsheet whichcan be found here.The Regulator will normally only investigate your complaint if you have already raised it with us but remain unhappy
