Alterations & Improvements 

You must get our permission before making any alterations to your home. Please download the alterations application form for more details. 

We may visit you to discuss what you’re planning to do before giving our approval. We will not give permission for extensions, loft conversions or conservatories.  If you need a bigger house we would aim to meet your needs through re-housing. You may be entitled to compensation if you improve your home, then later end your tenancy. You can find out further information in our Alterations and Improvements Policy.
