Dealing with damp, mould and condensation 

If you have any concerns about damp or condensation in your home, report it to us as soon as you are aware of it on 0141 944 3860 or by calling admin@cernachha.co.uk 

We take reports of damp, mould and condensation very seriously and want to action what is causing the issue. We will aim to investigate the issues within 10 working days of being notified, provide a written summary of investigation findings within 3 working days once the investigation has been completed, and commence any required repairs within 5 working days of the investigation concluding.

If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot comply with the timescales we will inform you of the new timescales for completion of the investigation and repair. If you notice damp or mould within your home, you should report this to us as soon as you can.
