Joining the Management 

All members are eligible to stand for election to the Cernach Housing Association Management Committee. The Management Committee sets the strategic direction of the organisation, monitor performance and manages risk. All new members receive a comprehensive induction programme and on-going training to support their contribution as a committee member. The Committee meets every 5 to 6 weeks with sub-groups also meeting monthly. Board members and staff value the contribution people from all sections of our communities can make and would welcome enquiries from tenants and local residents who are interested in joining our Committee.
