Planned Maintenance
This is non regular maintenance work required to the property to deal with deterioration or failure ie replacement of windows, kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, rewiring and maintenance of roofs, walls etc.
Cyclical Maintenance
This is maintenance work required on a regular basis to deal with the gradual deterioration of the property, its components and finishes ie external paintwork, gutter cleaning, gas appliance servicing etc.
