We usually determine rents annually based on September's inflation rate, which is 1.7%. However, due to us offering a lower than inflation increase in previous years, we propose increasing the rents by 3.5% this year which will allow the Association to make up some of the cost increases we have seen, whilst seeking to ensure the rents remain affordable compared to average rents in the sector.
